They even had to order my special diesel oil and had it there in 10-15 min. They kept me informed the entire time and were just completely pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced and 15% military discount! I will be going to this particular Jiffy Lube from now on.

- SFSarah FreemanJan 18, 20263.0I do appreciate being informed about the condition of my brakes and understand that brake service will be needed soon. That information itself was helpful. However, during the visit I agreed to several recommended add-ons, and the total ended up being $260. After reviewing my receipt and doing some research afterward, I realized that some of these services were significantly marked up. For example, the cabin air filter was sold for $49.99, when the same filter typically costs around $10–$20 and can be replaced in about 2 minutes. The engine air filter was also priced higher than retail. Additionally, the fuel system cleaner for $19.99 felt unnecessary after learning more, especially for a 2024 Nissan with relatively low mileage. While the work itself was completed, the experience felt more like being pressured into add-ons than being clearly informed about what was necessary versus optional. As someone trying to responsibly maintain a newer vehicle, clearer explanations and transparency would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers. I wanted this to be my place to come consistently for routine work but I can’t afford a $100 upsell each time.
