While they were there, they had charged another customer for something he didn't ask for. This location must be under a different owner because this type of service is not what Im used to from Jiffy… Maybe that's why it's always, “No wait.

My dot fluid Was not topped off And my oil They overfilled last time I came in for my oil change they missed things too. I will not return to this one. The manager was told that things were messed and he said just tell her to go on after they do work on your car you need to check it, which is terrible because that’s why I go there so somebody else does all that but they’ve missed it twice so this is over a six month period. I do not recommend this place at all.

Quoted me over 700$ for their tires. Not a chance im doing tires at jiffy lube on spot without shopping or getting a second opinion since the tires are practically new. Did 2 opinions at reputable tire shops and all said my tires have a little wear but just needed a rotation and alignment. Did that. No issues. No steering wheel shaking. Felt like some used car dealership scare tactics especially with the little consult room where they try to add on work. On top of that, i waited over 1 hr for an oil change. Both times ive been there, there also seemed to be a lot of tension in the bay with the workers and arguing amongst them. I wore a dress and the lady there also kept looking at my chest when we talked. The whole experience was super uncomfortable and tickles me that they thought im stupid. PSA to get multiple opinions before moving forward with an expensive unexpected purchase
