    Went to pick up a 7 seater minivan , I had reserved a vehicule 3 weeks in advance, when i arrived they said they didnt have any vehicule for me and couldnt find my reservation. I lost my trip to my cruise and my flight back. I travel often and was looking forward too using rentals more often, unfortunately after this experience I will not rely on this location or perhaps enterprise.

    Terrible experience. I booked a pickup truck on Oct 17 for a 7:30 AM pickup on Nov 26. The morning of, Enterprise called to tell me they had no vehicles at all. They told me to wait until 12 PM and said they’d call around and get back to me—never happened. They stopped answering the phone completely. I had to show up in person just to get answers. After all that, the only thing they offered me was a sedan or a small SUV, even though I clearly reserved a pickup truck. I was forced to take a smaller vehicle because they failed to communicate and didn’t honor my reservation. This was unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely frustrating. Enterprise completely dropped the ball, and I will definitely think twice before renting from them again.

    Horrible exspereince made my reservation in advance for a sedan. Arrived at the reservation time and was told that there were not vehicles and it would be be a 30-40 wait. After waiting was told that I would be giving a BMW suv which has the oil light on. I needed to hurry up and get to work so I took it. I called back today and asked if I could get the vehicle I made the reservation for since I knew I was being charged more the gentle told me the only other sedan on the lot could not go out because it was an oil light on but yet gave me my vehicle with an oil light on defiently sounds like they want to just up charge people for sure will never use them again.
