  Horrible exspereince made my reservation in advance for a sedan. Arrived at the reservation time and was told that there were not vehicles and it would be be a 30-40 wait. After waiting was told that I would be giving a BMW suv which has the oil light on. I needed to hurry up and get to work so I took it. I called back today and asked if I could get the vehicle I made the reservation for since I knew I was being charged more the gentle told me the only other sedan on the lot could not go out because it was an oil light on but yet gave me my vehicle with an oil light on defiently sounds like they want to just up charge people for sure will never use them again.

  Worst experience I’ve had with enterprise Wasn’t a good experience at all actually worst I’ve ever had with enterprise was assigned a car I didn’t request then it was acting up couldn’t use it for 2 days and was ran all over the place to exchange it and didn’t get it exchanged till the following Monday overall not happy at all then after returning seen I was over charged for the car and then charged fuel surcharge after fuel was put back in the car first car I had was knocking in the rear was due for service service light kept popping on

  Worst experience ever renting a vehicle. Called in and booked a month in advance and made reservation. Day of pick up I called and tried to pick up a lil early. They completely lost my reservation. Was sent to Dumfries to get vehicle and was told to go to fredricksburg that Dumfries didn't have. Went to fredricksburg and they didn't have either. After four hour Dumfries finally got a vehicle for me. So I returned there once again to get vehicle to avoid canceling camping trip for my 10 year old son. After paying for vehicle I got keys and realized truck hadn't been cleaned. Had to take to car was and clean entire truck myself. After returning I called customer service and reported problem. Was told id get 50% off next rental. So today I went in to book rental for Oct 31st. Now they wont honor 50% off. Called customer service and was told someone wld contact me via email or phone call. Still no word. I cant believe people conduct business like this. I wldnt recommend enterprise to anyone. Call hertz, budget or anyone but enterprise. What if it was there kids planned vacation? How wld they react? Cant believe they wont honor there word or fix there mistake. Just keep getting run around.
