Manager has a problem handling any adversity. Seems to forget they are running a business and we are the customers. Great experiences at Fredericksburg locations. Everything is a reflection of leadership and this location needs a solid one. They do not currently. Don't waste your time. Call a Fredericksburg location. Better vehicles. Better managed and you will get treated better to boot. If you are reading this Maggie you need a new manager in Stafford. ASAP!

- EEEbertoDec 19, 20251.0Went to pick up a 7 seater minivan , I had reserved a vehicule 3 weeks in advance, when i arrived they said they didnt have any vehicule for me and couldnt find my reservation. I lost my trip to my cruise and my flight back. I travel often and was looking forward too using rentals more often, unfortunately after this experience I will not rely on this location or perhaps enterprise.
