  The store mgr, Tom was very friendly. He greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. I needed windshield wiper fluid and wipers. He gave me options which really helped and then he came outside and filled up my reservoir and replaced the wipers. Exceptional customer service. I was very impressed. Thank you.

  Pretty expensive for standard parts, but sure has what I've needed in a pinch!

  I visited the store 1167 Garrisonville and was "assisted" by what appeared to be the on duty manager. A dark haired kid with a scruffy beard. I was in search of a gasket for a rear tail light. He reported that he didn't have that but he had gasket material. keep in mind, I had the old gasket with me made of a sponge like material. He comes back with a role of gasket material for engines and fuel filters. I say "this is for engines." He responds "yes." I say "this won't work will it?" He responds "no." Now I don't say anything at the time, but instead turn and leave. My take away, as a customer, is that an Auto Zone manager will sell me any piece of non-purposeful garbage rather than help me as a customer. The question I have here, is that one person or is that the culture? I don't intend on visiting another Auto Zone given this experience.
