She was rudely correcting her coworker infront of customers, and was giving us a hard time over a PIN for our commercial account and was not trying to give us the option to look it up by phone number. On top of that she kept throwing everything down including the part we were trying to buy so hopefully it’s not defective. I hope not all the employees at this location are this rude and inconsiderate

Frank showed us the zip ties to tie up the plastic and then spent several minutes lying on the ground to attach the zip ties himself. He truly went above and beyond and we are very grateful for his service!
