  People A-Z were amazing and I strongly recommend this dealership if you are planning Subaru. They each have their own way to find a way to make you happy. From Hoang as the salesman to Sam as finance and to Jihad as the manager. Not considering the cleanliness of the place and the complementary service they provide. Thank you all to make my visit a very easy and pleasant process.

  I went to Subaru with my mind made up that I was buying a Toyota rav4 but my family told me before I made a final decision I had to check out Subaru and what can I say….now I’m part of the Subaru cult. :-) Jay was a perfect salesman-no bullshit! I told him what I wanted and by the end of my first visit I was no considering the Subaru over the rav and the next day when we talked final sale and it came down to the best overall deal Jay made it happen for Subaru and I have been driving in style and safety for 2 weeks and I’m loving my purchase!! See you next time I’m shopping Jay 😁 #blackforesterlimited

  I just want to say, “this dealership is exceptional”. First of all, the exterior is super modern and well kept. Now, moving into the interior, secondly, I was greeted as soon as I arrive by staff and asked if needed I help with anything. I greeted them back and told them I spoke with Chris Barr which he was referred to me by Google when I made the initial call. And they directed me straight to him. Earlier I spoke with Chris on the phone and he was super kind and professional. He said head on over and they will take care of me. So I went inside the and the interior was clean and contemporary. It has a coffee, beverage, food and snack bar. Everyone there was kind. I met Chris and he made me feel comfortable and at home. Then I realized I received a text from Stephanie and she will be assisting me. Chris introduced me to her and she of course was very kind and professional. She helped me with my decision and she was very patient and thorough. She offered me beverages and food which I accepted. The food was delicious I might add. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in and Chris told me about great deals and clearances they have that was a better deal than the vehicle I was originally interested in. Moving forward, I came there expecting the basics but I was pleasantly surprised with upgrades and a great deal due to Sam in the finance department. He worked extremely hard in getting me an awesome rate and discounts. Sam is very knowledgeable and great at his craft. I left there a super happy customer that received top notch customer service. Thank you Subaru for having a top tier superior team and knowing how to treat customers and helping customers get the satisfaction they deserve.

  Friendly staff quick and to the point service.They kept me informed as to how the inspection was coming along with videos to see and follow .. It was my first time visiting That particular subaru location, after they finished with my car, it drove like a new car. I would recommend anyone to go to this location and they were very hospitable. I give this location two thumbs up!

  This dealership has changed for the worst for a few years now. I used to enjoy dealing with them since their old agents were direct to the point and would help you out. Now it's deceiving when it comes to pricing, lots of hidden prices ans mark ups just to make a sale. Chris Laporte was an awesome sales guy and is no longer with them. Chris was amazing. Now this dealership is just left with a bunch of sales people that really aren't willing to work with you. Also very disrespectful od your time. Sales guy did not call on the agreed time and called past 9:30 in the evening, trying to make a sale!. If I could rate them lower, I would.
