  Javin and the staff were friendly and were able to patch our tire up quickly and get us on our way. They even lifted the car up so we could see the tire ourselves.

  Big help! Needed an assist with some under carriage pictures and the team took care of it fast. At least the third great visit. Thanks again to the team! Edit: Previously a couple years ago I took my old car in for a brake issue and they mentioned to me some of the rear suspension equipment was bad and told me it was likely under warranty and take it to the dealership for the repair. NTB is a good and upfront business that saved me money.

  There was a lot of smoke coming from my car after I picked it up, and this has never happened before after an oil change. I’m concerned something might be wrong.

  Picked up a large bolt in my tire. I drove straight there and they fit me in at the end of the day just before closing and didn’t charge me anything (I did buy my tires here). There have been several times over the years that they’ve quickly helped with a tire emergency making sure my car is safe to drive.

  A few weeks ago I had 4 new tires installed here. Tried to take a tire off today and the lug nuts were so over-tightened they wouldn't loosen when standing on the end of a breaker bar. One of the lug nuts started to round off, so I had to stop. The hood prop bar was bent as well. I assume they just tried to force the hood down instead of checking to see it didn't have a hood strut.
