  Used the Enterprise service located at Lindsay Collision. The agent was very responsive and nice to work with. They didn't have a small car covered by insurance, but arranged for me to swap out the next day.

  I had a great experience at this location after dropping my car off at Lindsay Collision Center. Tiffany Ball was fantastic; she maintains a positive attitude and clearly does her best for every customer. She gets 5 stars, but the corporation and location brings it down a notch. While I was waiting, I saw her handle a very difficult situation with an angry customer who was complaining about Enterprise’s corporate errors. Tiffany remained calm, provided him with clear options, and did an excellent job de-escalating the situation. He even left saying that while he disliked the company, Tiffany herself was amazing. With how busy it was, and working by herself, she did amazing job getting customers out the door as quickly as she could. One downside is the logistics—staff often have to retrieve cars from the main location near the mall. While the setup isn't the most efficient, the team handles it well by giving plenty of notice and offering to either shuttle you there or bring the car to you. The Toyota Tundra I rented wasn’t in the best condition, with scratches, loose panels, stained seats, and other issues, but I don’t expect too much from a rental, at it gets the job done. Be sure to take a 360 video of the car and some pictures to protect yourself in case Enterprise attempts to charge you for things you didn’t do!

  I called on Tues morning to get a rental car. The woman answered and said we dont have a ride pickup. You need to go to Springfield Mall location. She said she arranged for a ride. 9:00 a.m., no one shows up. I called Springfield and was told there was no pickup setup. Here I got up not to be late for them. But I had to wait another hour. Enterprise service has deteriorating from top service to Walmart level.
