Basically, my Family member was quoted $3400 for a repair service on their car. All of these exchanges on pricing were done via tax and never a call over the phone. Once they arrived to pick up their vehicle, the invoice is all the sudden $9700. This is absolutely predatory and a scam. Do not go here for service. A service tech felt sorry for the lie and somehow brought down the invoice to $7400. That is still $4000 that they were not quoted originally or promised. I will be reaching out to the consumer affairs department in the county, state, and Federal level regarding this business.

I dropped off my car yesterday for a diagnosis and Lachlan informed me of everything I needed to know and was very patient with all my questions. Leon then called me that night asking if they could keep it for a day as they hadn’t gotten to it yet, which worked for me and he called me early in the morning with a response and diagnosis for my issue. He was very kind and informative over the phone!! The car was all ready to go by the time I requested and Erin made the checkout process super easy!! A 10/10 experience from everyone who helped me and definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership!!
