It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and customer-focused these days, and Jason really made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend this place and their staff. I could tell that they care about me as client and they were not trying just to get money but wanted to make sure to provide the best possible service. Please if you go ask for Kenny, he is wonderful but to be honest everyone seems very kind. They will have a loyal customer from now on. Thank you guys for everything!! Now I admit, I drive a lot, but never in my life has pads and rotors worn down in LESS than 3 months. They told me the warranty is no longer good due to my miles. Ok I get. Why wasn't I told that when I brought the vehicle in the day before. Why did I have to keep calling to check to see the status multiple times. Only to go pick it up and realize that it hadn't been worked on and no updates were given. Not pleased with the attitude of one of the individuals there. But again all good. I just know where not to go.
