  I went to have all four tires replaced two weeks ago, spending 3hrs of my time and over $1,400 (Which would've been fine if the job had been done respectably). There was some sort of inventory error at this facility so the staff had to go to a neighboring store to retrieve the 4th new tire. When I got my vehicle back none of the individual tire PSIs were the same with two of them even being 4-5 PSI below the recommended level. One of the valve caps was barely hanging on and the driver's side front and back TPMS sensors were switched. I rarely go out of my way to leave a review but it's pretty clear that the staff at this Mr Tire cares absolutely nothing for the quality of their work. I've gone to this Mr Tire for over a decade and for work on multiple vehicles. The staff's professionalism, competence and level of care demonstrated 2 weeks ago made this visit my last. Truly pathetic.

  Mr Tire of Springfield VA is an exceptional one-stop shop for repairing flat tires and providing expert advice on tire imbalances and pressure loss in cold weather. The team was attentive and thoroughly investigated my tire issues. They repaired and maintained my tires to my complete satisfaction. The pricing was reasonable, and the overall service was outstanding!"

  Una experiencia agradable, fueron amables y se esforzaron por entender mi español, había también alguien que hablaba algo de español, hice alineado de mi carro, me costó casi 150 $ con impuestos, no se si es caro o aceptable, pero lo necesitaba.

  The service at this shop is unbelievably terrible. We were charged for a service that was not performed because their machine was broken. When asking for a refund, the manager said it would take 3-5 business days. Fast forward to one month later, still no refund. I call the center and speak to the manager Omar who places me on hold for 40mins. I decided to drive directly there while still on hold only to find the manager standing at the front desk doing nothing. He smirked and fiddled around before telling me there’s nothing he could do. I find it completely disrespectful and poor customer service. Will not be going back.
