  We needed a rental car when our vehicle got a ding and was in the shop for repairs. The Enterprise location in Springfield, VA had the paperwork and car ready to go when we went to start the rental. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location if you are need of a short term rental.

  This location never has inventory. Does not have great customer service. They are lazy and never want to go out of their way to do their job unfortunately. The associate/reps both male and female never know how to answer any questions regarding any vehicles they have in inventory. Would definitely not recommend this location at all for a vehicle. Their cars aren’t clean and have stains on the door handles from prior use. Like if I put in a request for a high end vehicle have it available and don’t falsely state that you have it in stock online! Fix your archaic electronic systems. (From mid October) So Let’s forward to today 11/13/2025! Rob felt emasculated because Progressive didn’t make a payment to enterprise and he had my vehicle towed this morning and hung up on me when I asked for his name. Bro thinks I hung up on him, dude my iPhone crashes every few minutes. He needs to be fired for very poor customer service skills. If you have my credit card on file even if Progressive (which also have very poor customer service and problem solving skills) hasn’t updated their payment your customer support should be able to handle it. Get a grip Rob you really need to go get some help. Instead of trying to be upset and showing me masculinity and that you’re going to try to ruin my day for saying no to you and asked you to reach out to Progressive yourself and do your job then do it! Apparently thats too much to ask for basic requests these days. That is insane! Good luck son! I pray that you get fired for this ridiculous stunt you pulled! I'll reach out to my lawyer and corporate about this disrespect from a worker in my own town! It's a blatant case of abuse of power, inappropriate communication, and further more harassment from a disgruntled employee of Enterprise! Action needs to be taken to have this employee suspended and or removed permanently. And I just read through all your bad reviews and it seems like Rob is racist against brown people and had me blacklisted from enterprise! Wow such a big deal! Went with Hertz with a flawless experience and even offered the driver that came to pick me up a job for her great mannerims. There are so many other competitors that said the same thing about your location, that it absolutely sucks! And they get customers from this exact location coming to them! It's now 11/17/2025 And I have yet to hear about my belongings that were taken along with a mysterious towing away of a land cruiser I was renting out for the past month since early October. No one has reached out to me about my stolen belongings in the vehicle to date. A police report has been filed. It is such a shame on so many levels of failure of the corporate personnel to local managers and regional managers!
