  This isn't the first time I've received service from Enterprise, and this time, as always, the service and customer support are excellent, definitely 5 stars

  Booked an Enterprise car online. It was available. drove to the office to pick it up, they said it was not available. No calls, no messages, no head up. Ended up paying $70 for UBER and wasted half a day.

  I’ve rented from Enterprise for years with no issues, but this location completely disappointed me. I had a 5:00 PM reservation and arrived early at 4:30 PM after driving from Rockville, MD. The attendant (Asif) told me there was no guarantee I’d get a car even though I had a reservation. He said he didn’t have a vehicle for me and asked me to wait. While I was waiting, multiple customers who arrived after me were given cars immediately. When I asked why, he claimed they had reservations before mine — which defeats the purpose of showing up early and having a scheduled pickup time. Then i left with out getting a vehicle and drove to another location, which I was treated with professionalism and courtesy that I always known. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. After years of loyalty, this was a by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

  Great customer service and they placed me in a nice four wheel drive vehicle. My work trip was incident free as I arrived and returned safely on icy roads. Only recommendation: getting to and from the store location is still a pain with needing a ride or calling rideshare. Hopefully they can add the Phlete vehicle pickup/drop-off service in the future for customers outside of their shuttle van route.

  Due to the recent snow and ice we had to rent a car last minute. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make a reservation for the very next day. On arrival, Asif got me checked in and was incredibly kind and helpful. His coworker Jaden assisted me with the car walkthrough before I drove off and he was so nice and friendly. This was by far one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. I’d definitely recommend this location and their team!
