I called on Tues morning to get a rental car. The woman answered and said we dont have a ride pickup. You need to go to Springfield Mall location. She said she arranged for a ride.
9:00 a.m., no one shows up. I called Springfield and was told there was no pickup setup.
Here I got up not to be late for them. But I had to wait another hour.
Enterprise service has deteriorating from top service to Walmart level.

Amazing service. And I couldn’t be happier. They gave me a great car and even replaced it right away when there was a recall. The replacement was excellent too. Five stars!

ENTERPRISE YOU GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!!!. Your customers shouldn't be responsible for your insufficient of vehicle shortness. I got a rental car through my insurance untill my vehicle was repaired from the same location where my vehicle was in for repair. When i went to get the rental, the agent asked me how long it was going to take for repair. I informed her they told me minimum 2 weeks. She then gave me the ONLY 2 option of vehicle. One being small car and the other being suv. I request if she have other options since i have kids and car seats won't fit in the smaller car she had and the suv was to high for me to get in and out off. However, i was told they have no vehicle avaliable. After being there for 3 hours i was exhausted and very disappointed with my options of accommodation i settled with the suv. I was never informed about the price or the insurance coverage situation. All i new was my insurance was covering my rental and i got a rental from Enterprise. My vehicle compilation date was being extended. I get a call from Enterprise telling me that i need to return the vehicle although my vehicle wasn't completed. I was told my insurance had reached the maximum they cover. I called my insurance, i was told the same thing however, Enterprise was charging me the highest price since the car was an expensive car. I called Enterprise to let them know how i never requested nor wanted that vehicle but because they didn't have any vehicle i had no other option. Also, the agen never communicated that part with me and now I'm left to pay for the rental out of pocket. I am very disappointed and levied at Enterprise. We shouldn't have to pay because you don't have vehicle to provide nor for your employees not communicating enough so we as customers know what we dealing with. This will be the last time i will be dealing with Enterprise.

Got a car from this location because my business car was in the shop getting fix. First able, they didn’t have an equivalent car for me that would be covered by the insurance, unless I pay extra for luxury one. So , I did paid extra for a BMX 33i 2020, not even 12 hours after I got the car, the brake light and service light came on ( brake pads are not good)great, so I call 1-800 enterprise and they told me to go to a specific location to pick another car. I came to that place and they gave me a Malibu 2023. There was not walk around with agent because she was very busy. She just gave me a paper to sign and car keys. When I returned the car , the car a small dent , smaller than a quarter sizes but the branch manager Mr. Ray stated that he will be creating a claim through my insurance. I feel it was not necessary to do a claim for a door ding. I feel that there was no help at all. They are putting a claim through my insurance for a small door ding but they forget that they gave me a rental car with a mechanical issues when I have my two kids and wife in it. This is ridiculous. They are supposed to do service to every car before giving to customers but apparently they don’t. Very sad that this happened to me.
