- SGSomjai Deginda (Gin)3 days ago1.0I called on Tues morning to get a rental car. The woman answered and said we dont have a ride pickup. You need to go to Springfield Mall location. She said she arranged for a ride. 9:00 a.m., no one shows up. I called Springfield and was told there was no pickup setup. Here I got up not to be late for them. But I had to wait another hour. Enterprise service has deteriorating from top service to Walmart level.
- VPVal PetrovJan 6, 20201.0First don't set up rental by calling 1-800, they will try to rip you off, and local branch will play along with it; check you local rental car rates, instead. Later on when I had bad experience with Enterprise I got a poor service and they hang up the phone. They will try to set you up for vehicle damages, take plenty of pictures, their lot is not secured. Lady I dealt with had a bad demeanor and she will belittle you in a prolonged conversation. Also it is a lie that this location is open on Saturday. (Google page is wrong).
