  My rating is ZERO for this AutoZone in springfield virginia. The young guy with dark curly hair, medium height probably around age 20 at the cash register was not knowledgeable about any products. He was not helpful and he gave poor service. He sent me on a wild goose chase for product I was looking for and it was never found. He was completely unfamiliar with any type of automotive questions and it turned out he was wrong when I did some research later. I will not return here and will tell my friends the same.

  One of the most disorganized stores when I first came in. I had to go and retrieve the lady employee who clearly knew I was in the store but was too busy sitting on one of the carts by the rear employee entrance to come and help. The only reason this even deserves one star is because the gentleman at least try to explain the unexplainable situation we found ourselves in after the crazy "welcome". We called and confirmed that you had one of the of the parts your inventory says you have six of. Part number 924002. The lady told me that there weren't any but judging by the chaos the boxes of the store was in and the amount of time taken to look for it I'm assuming it was just laziness. Absolute worst AutoZone I've ever been to.
