  Y’all need to get a new guy to run the desk in the lobby. He does not explain things well at all. He acts like he is scared to speak up, and second guesses everything he says. I would have paid this place to fix an issue on my truck today if not for his mix-up over the phone. He told me it would be $130 to simply figure out why my E- Brake wasn’t working. I told him I’ll just take it somewhere else. I’m not paying $130 for you to just tell me what’s wrong. Upon arrival to pick my truck back up from the shop, another associate David explained everything a million times better and told me it actually would cost $130 to FIX IT, not to just tell me what’s wrong. At this point it was too late in the day for them to do anything. As I was waiting in the lobby I noticed him poorly explaining another situation to a lady to the point she was getting frustrated, another guy had to come in there to explain things better and not mumble around the entire time. Get a different guy for that job. Only leaving 4 stars because of David. Give David a raise.

  Absolutely horrible. Went in for an inspection and they said my engine mounts were busted. Estimated over 1000 to fix it before it would pass inspection. Took my car elsewhere and the only thing wrong with it was a bulb needed for the license plate light. Completely tried to take advantage of anyone to make a quick grand. Customer service was also horrendous.

  Made appointment for 2 tires. Counter person looked to be hung over and not very helpful, he went to car to get tire size couldnt remember it when he came back, then said they didnt have that size when I reminded him of the size said they did have them but for $80 more than I was told. Won't go back.

  I had an appointment at 10:30 but was told it would be a 2 hour wait anyway. Didn't have the tires I had booked. When I asked for a price estimate I was told a price over $500 more than what one of their employees had quoted me a day prior. Took my keys and left. Waste of my time but I wasn’t going to let it be a waste of my money. Rude employee had an attitude when I told him to please give me the keys back. Wasn’t going to leave a review; figured I caught them on an off day. Then they texted me asking for a review so you got one.

  Great experience with this particular location. Jeff and the guys in the shop did a wonderful job. My only issue was the appointment time booking online was that it gave me a time window, 7am to 11am, and not the time that my actual appointment was, which was 7:30am, but they took my car immediately and I got 4 new tires that I brought with me mounted and an oil change. Couldn't recommend them any higher over the place next door to them.
