  Rusty provided great service while getting my oil changed. He was professional and efficient. I was in and out quickly and he communicated what was going on the entire time. I would recommend Strickland Brothers and Rusty to anyone.

  I took my 2016 Silverado in for an oil change. There were no lights on the dash before the oil change. However, as soon as I turned the truck on afterwards, the ABS and traction lights came on. I pointed that out to the tech and she suggested that I take it to Autozone for a scan. I did the research on my own and discovered that this is a common occurrence with oil changes as the techs can often bump the sensor near your tire while changing the oil. I also read something similar can happen when they change the air filter which they did. Bottom line, my truck just needed an oil change and now I am in worse shape than when I took it in. Hopefully, if I take it back tomorrow, they can check those sensors for me, but I'm guessing I'll have to see an actual mechanic now. $182 is a lot to speed to be dealing with this now.

  I just visited Strickland Brothers for the first time and was impressed by the service. Nicolas and Kenai were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire visit. They performed an oil change, wiper blade change, air filter change, and a full service inspection with meticulous attention to detail. As a first-time customer, I appreciated the transparent pricing and clear explanations of what was done and what needed attention. This was the first time since purchasing the car that I’ve had it serviced by Strickland Brothers, after one prior shop handled everything. The experience at Strickland Brothers was: friendly, respectful, and a communicative team. Great service all around. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance and recommend to friends and family.   Perfection. I am pretty picky but i can easily say this was the best oil change experience Ive had in my 57 years. On a Saturday I was in immediately and the tech was very efficient and friendly plus professional. Needs a promotion and raise. I’m not exaggerating. I used to go to the dealership in Danville but I’ll be coming here from now on. Thank you for a great job.
