If you don’t show up exactly at your reservation time, they will give your car away to someone who didn’t even have a reservation without even calling first to see if you’re coming. If you’re an experienced renter like me, you know that Enterprise will hold your reservation for the day, or they will call you to see if you’re coming before giving your car away, but this location doesn’t care, they’ll just give it away. Also, this location’s cars are always dirty, disgusting, and the base of the base models with mystery stains on the seats, etc. Do NOT recommend.
