I have known the ownership here for years and they are always willing to explain the issues and requirements needed to fix my cars. They have even offered advice over the phone to help me take care of problems.
- WWWill WattsMar 9, 20261.0Inspected my vehicle a year ago. Rejected it for missing bump stops. Missed the sway bar links. Brought another vehicle in for inspection recently, they failed it. No sticker or list of faulty parts. Just told me I needed a hood latch handle. Quoted over 600 dollars to replace the plastic handle. Replaced the handle myself for 20 bucks and called to schedule reinspection. When they couldn’t get to me today, they told me I should have made an appointment and hung up on me.

Asked auto repair shop for them back. Said didn't have them even though they were able to take locks off tires and put regular lug nuts in it's place. And had the audacity to say someone else must have taken them.
