Reservation was made 2 weeks ago and a vehicle was not available for me. The employee/manager did nothing to resolve the situation, did not even apologize, and seemed as if they could care less about me as a customer. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’d recommend renting a vehicle elsewhere.

The desk agent refused to search other locations to see if we could get one from another location. He tells us to search. I will never do business or refer anyone else to this enterprise location.
