They have gifts, toys, electronics, small trinkets, glasses, hats, food & snacks, showers for the truckers, auto accessories, lot's of Truck parts and accessories, if you stop you can get a memory from every State you pass through. They have jackets, shirts, all the fun things you might want on a road trip. They are very clean. It's one of my favorite stops when I take a trip anywhere.

- EGExploring With GremmJan 15, 20262.0Placed an online order and was charged immediately. Went to pick my order up and was informed "we're not making food at this time." When I told them I already paid through their app, I was told I need to contact Doordash to get a refund. When I clarified its through Pilot J, I was told to find the number at the bottom and call it. No apologies, no sincerity, simply a "thats not my problem" attitude. I don't know what's more off-putting, a 24/7 full service truckstop "not making food" at 10:30pm, an app that allows orders to be placed when food is not available, the "not my problem" attitude, or the fact that my refund (after calling customer support) pretty much has to be in points, as I don't really have the time to sit around and wait on a manager to show up. Customer support at least showed some empathy, which is why I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1. All in all, this was a horrid first experience with Pilot J. It's 2026, these issues shouldn't be a thing with a this big.
