  I don't know where to begin but am currently out of a vehicle because of taking it to Salem VAVOLINE and now being avoided and can't get ahold of the manager and have called numerous times. I was told if I was having issues I should have called them right away and funny thing is I called as soon as I pulled out on to main Street telling them something wasn't right with my van and I was told that having the oil changed doesn't have anything to do with that, took me over 2 hours to get home because after leaving there my van kept overheating. I had my brother to replace thermostat which was broke somehow after GETTING THE OIL CHANGED so fast forward a couple months to where broke down again due to absolutely no oil in the van whatsoever. I was told that a cap or something wasn't going on that it was broke so one of the employees ran across the street to auto zone to get what was needed but they didn't have what was needed so then I was told that everything was fine but needed to replace that cap next oil change, GUESS I WONT BE MAKING IT TO AN OIL CHANGE WHEN IT WONT EVEN START NOW and can't get a return call back from anyone at not only main Street location but 4th street location also, there's so much more to this like the area/general manager Jack and manager at that time Kevin came to look at my van while broke down for a week on side of road right before Christmas so it's almost like they know there is a problem but don't want to deal with something they are a fault for! I am about to just call an attorney to see if I can get somewhere that way, it really sucks paying insurance on something that you can't even drive! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! This is ridiculous for real, so mad over this whole situation! Debbie Ad for checking on the stars i wouldn't even give them one star but had to click on one just to post a comment! I was told after contacting the 1 800 number that they would open an investigation case and the area manager would have to call me within 72 hours, I didn't get any phone call so called 1 800 number again to bring up that I hadn't received a call yet, the guy there was very nice and helpful he said the area manager Jack sent in an email stating they gave me a price on fixing my van, I was so mad I couldn't see straight because that was a downright lie but they have to take him at his word and my case is closed and they are not gonna help me fix what they messed up so case closed! Gonna get an attorney because they told me I needed a new starter when I paid to have my van towed to their garage but in the email he stated that I told them I thought I needed a starter, it's crazy how someone in that position can lie and get away with it and of course since case closed and I'm out of a van there is no one else there to talk to or to review the whole situation better. It's ashame and will start to tell any and everyone NOT TO GO TO VAVOLINE BECAUSE THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE and don't own up to their mistakes!

  The technician who helped me was very friendly. He installed a new signal light for me in 5 minutes and answered my questions regarding other issues of my car. I have been using this location for oil change and small fix for years. Highly recommend:)
