- CMCheri MortonMar 19, 20261.0I dropped my vehicle off for body damage repair at Gerber Collision in Salem, formerly Joe Hudson’s garage. and there was nothing wrong with it otherwise. When I picked my vehicle up, it wouldn’t run longer than 2-3 minutes before shutting off. I asked Megan for help and she asked Jeff to take a look. Somehow, the O2 hose had come undone and the O2 sensor is bad. Jeff told me there was “no way to know” how long it had been like that. My vehicle ran fine when I dropped it off with no check engine light or engine stuttering at all. Jeff said they won’t fix it, but they can take it to a “garage down the street” and proceeded to deflect responsibility away from the garage for the mechanical problem I have now, saying that they are not a mechanic so they wouldn’t have even touched my engine. They had to remove things from under the hood in order to repair the body damage. Then when I had my vehicle towed home, my husband found a disconnected battery cable as well as the burned sensors. I will definitely not be going back there.
