Al suggested locations closer to me, but when that timing didn’t work, he said he’d be happy to help. When we arrived he knew us right away, offered wonderful hospitality while we waited, and had us back on the road in a 40minutes. My daughter was so thankful to not have her trip ruined by a dumb nail!

I purchased these tires from Tire Discounters, located at 2218 W. Main Street in Salem, VA. The Service was Super-Dupper, and the Staff was Excellent. Yes, I did love it all😉. Staff was very knowledgeable as relates to tires/rims. They patiently answered all my silly questions and put my mind at ease. The manager, Mr. Al Durham, displayed a servant style of Leadership. Leadership by example. Mr. Durham refused, and was slightly offended, when I offered him a tip. Can you imagine? Thanks Mr. Al, Ms. Shell, and Mr. Kelley. I’ll be back.
