After an accident to my vehicle I replacement the heavy parts realizing the need for an alignment. Their online reservation was a great use of tech....as a fmr applic programmer I was impressed. Buuut when mech noted 4 prerequisite needed fixes i retrieved my vehicle to DIY it. The owner said oh did the mech tell u he doesn't want to fix it plus gas is leaking?!? 2.5 stars half for good presentation, no 2.5 stars for lacking follow through.

Al suggested locations closer to me, but when that timing didn’t work, he said he’d be happy to help. When we arrived he knew us right away, offered wonderful hospitality while we waited, and had us back on the road in a 40minutes. My daughter was so thankful to not have her trip ruined by a dumb nail!
