  Pillow Brothers took their time to inspect my mother’s car and change the oil, even though they were booked up for the day. They are a pillar of Salem. Good workmanship and good prices! Thank you Pillis Brothers!

  These guys are the best! Did a presale inspection at their shop. They were very professional and talked me through what they found and the implications of it which was very helpful for me to make my decision concerning the car. And they charged me nothing for the whole thing.

  I had a very great first impression, they got me in quick and charged my brakes and bearings. Spent about 450 which was a reasonable price and it was done quickly. However, once leaving I noticed every time I went over a bump an awful noise would happen and it sounded like my wheel was ready to come off. Upon further inspection after a month of driving and searching I found that they had left a large tool “on my frame” as they said and I went to have them relook at it and ask for a partial refund for putting myself, children, and other people on the road in danger. Just to be told “it really wouldn’t have hurt anyone or cause any issues. “ however a loose tool on a frame and going high speeds on the interstate it could have easily flew out and hit another car causing an accident or get caught somewhere under my car and harm myself or my children. They made it seem like it wasn’t a huge deal and a big mistake on their part however it absolutely was a huge mistake. I was given a partial refund of 100 dollars and left without saying a word because of how shocked I was that he dismissed the danger of the situation.
