  I highly recommend our Sales Lady, Nikki, who went above and beyond to help get us a good trade on our truck. This was our first experience with Berglund Ford Mazda in Salem although we have bought several trucks from Berglund Chevrolet in Roanoke. Everyone was so nice to work with to make our experience a good one! Thank you Nikki and Greg for all of your help!

  I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo from Berglund Mazda the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. This dealership went beyond all expectations through the fast process, to a fair trade in. My salesman, Masen Johnson and Sales Manager Chris Sherburne were great! Answered all my questions and showed me all the features of the CX5. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family, and will go to Berglund Mazda. THEY ARE GREAT !!

  Bought a used Jeep from the Mazda department and they sent it to the Ford department to have new tires put on before I drove it home The service techs must share a single brain cell because not only did they break the rim coverings and refuse to replace them, they put the tires on wrong. Wrong? Yes. 2 back tires have white lettering out, the two front do not. Now I have to pay someone to have it fixed. I'd go back out there, but they obviously don't know what they're doing, and I'd rather have it done correctly. Won't be back, won't advise anyone to shop here either.

  Just purchased a car from them and Brittany went above and beyond any expectations I had going into this. Extremely patient with me when I thought I was asking a ton of (obvious) questions, and she even helped me set up my phone for GPS to get home after purchase. Everyone else I dealt with was very polite and helpful, and the whole process only took me about 2 hours and was very easy.
