At 7:50 AM, I was told the next one was ready, and it had already been 2 hours. The managers yelled at me when I tried to understand the reason for the slow line and whether the showers were working. I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and they shouted back that they didn't know and weren't trying to help at all.

Well that doesn't fuel both of my tanks and it's not my responsibility to fix it seeing how I didn't break it!!! Was trying to top off my tanks for the day,didn't need fuel was just taking advantage of the pumps not having lines 3 trucks deep with drivers taking their 30 at the pumps! And how,just how do you drive off without hanging up the pump! Trucking needs a purge and a reset! And customer service is a thing of the past! Time to go back to using Love's! The one at this exit is the smallest and trashiest ever by the way! I use this one as my go to in the area,but not anymore. Wrong day for the attitude.
