This battery is NOT easily accessible (boo Ford) but Kat Hammes and Frank Gilley were relentless in getting it swapped out and even cleaned the terminal that was severely corroded (10 years old and original battery). Several parts had to be removed just to access the battery but they got it done with "no parts leftover". I did buy an air filter too since we had it apart and I definitely needed one. Many thanks to Kat and Frank! The girl who rung me up was awesome too but unfortunately I did not make note of her name at the time. Will definitely be returning if/when I need additional car repairs!
