Austin laid on the ground in the pouring rain inspecting the underside of the truck, only for us to ultimately find 30 minutes later that I had some loose lug nuts. Got them tightened up and we were good to go. Great location!

Will never go there again . No help was ever offered!!! Rude

He was so patient with me after I explained what had happened and what I thought the problem was. He was professional and genuine and we fixed the problem after some tinkering. Then he welcomed me back whenever I had another issue. Exceptional customer service! He was so knowledgeable. He made a repeat customer, today. 10 out of 10 recommend. Ask for Austin!

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
