  Mr. Michael was incredibly kind and understanding. When I explained what was going on, he took the time to really listen and wanted to get to the root of the issue. I told him how I had my wheels balanced and aligned at Firestone, only to later realize they didn’t do the job properly. Turns out my rim is bent. I truly appreciate Mr. Michael for his help and support!

  Received new tires, battery, oil change and recently they removed a broken engine shield under my car at no charge. I am from out-of-town and Mel worked me in. Thanks, Mel. See you for the next oil change!

  As I was driving down the highway my car started making a horrible noise like metal was dragging. I stopped at NTB Valleyview. They were all so helpful, took my car right in and helped me. They helped ease my my mind! I have used them before for tires! Highly recommend! Thank you Mel and all the crew!

  Never I will never go there and get tires. My tires are squeaking. Had to take them to another tire shop. It’s missing some of the foam that’s supposed to go inside but they didn’t say anything about it. They keep on saying it’s my brakes and they trying to give me to spend $1600. I bought another set of wheels with the same tires no squeaky sound. They still won’t fix my tires so if I was you, I would not take your Tesla air. Try to go somewhere Else or you’ll be out of $900 of money. I worked hard for. And I asked I asked for the corporate number they wouldn’t give it to me
