    Excellent tire shop, same day appointment and had taken tire to 2 shops to find a leak and no one could find it. Finally was just going to buy a tire. Although initially no sign of a leak they took the extra time and found a tiny hole saving us money instead of a new tire cannot recommend enough!

    Cheaper than Walmart and the techs knew what they were doing. I only had two tires replaced, and the techs made sure to replace the worst of the two I had (they were all mismatched) and made sure they were put on my driving wheels!

    I had a tire installed at this location about a month ago and recently discovered they installed the WRONG tire size on my vehicle. My 2018 Chevy Malibu Hybrid requires 225/55R17, but they installed 215/55R17. This is a safety issue. I have attached a screenshot showing the correct tire size for my vehicle, along with a photo of the incorrect tire that was installed. When I contacted the store to have it corrected, both the manager and assistant manager were rude, dismissive, and hung up on me multiple times. They insisted their computer was correct and refused to fix the issue. Additionally, when I came in with a flat tire, I was told there would be at least an hour wait despite there only being one customer. The employee was rude and offered no assistance, even though I arrived with air actively leaking from my tire. I ended up having to leave and attempt the repair myself. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration due to the safety concern and lack of accountability. I would strongly advise others to double check any work done here. UPDATE: The business has responded asking me to call, but I have already provided documentation and attempted to resolve this directly multiple times. I am requesting a refund so I can have the correct tire installed elsewhere, as I am not comfortable returning to this location due to prior treatment.

    Got four new tires sent there. Had put on Sat woke up sun one tire was flat. Had 11pounds of air got it to Sheetz pumped it up . Left work Tues tire down to six pounds of air same tire. Called them manager was very nice sand is having me bring in wed morning .

    If I could give 0 stars, that would be too much. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Went in for an oil change and mentioned to staff that I was traveling the next day. Oil change took about 30 minutes and didn’t think anything was wrong. After traveling over 900 miles, and waking the next morning I noticed that some type of fluid was leaking below my car. I called the local dealership to see if I could have service looked at on a different issue that Mr. Tire told me about and nothing was wrong per dealership. As I was fixing to leave the dealership, the vehicle sent a warning to the Toyota and stated “Extremely low oil volume, please add oil or contact dealer for assistance. I grabbed the service advisor and showed him the message. He stated I could not leave and service would be performed. After the initial check was completed, I was called into the service bay and discovered that the oil filter was not installed tightly and the mechanic could tighten a half turn by hand. Completely unacceptable that this occurred and I am thankful this did not occur while traveling on the Highway or it could have been catastrophic. Mechanic said that NO OIL was present in the motor and if I had driven it for 10 miles after the light had came on, that it could have possibly seized the motor. I called local store to speak with the General Manager and of course, no one returned my call. I will be reaching out tomorrow to see if someone is available to chat.
