  Appreciated the quick response of the work due to being in a time crunch. Staff was extremely helpful. However the price I paid for the amount of labor performed was ridiculous. That has no bearing on the employees rather a company price plan. If I would not have been so desperate for the work i definitely would have gone somewhere else.

  I recently visited Mr. Tire for an oil change, and I had a great experience from start to finish especiallyfrom the Assistant Manager. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. They handled everything with a high level of professionalism and efficiency, explaining the process clearly and answering any questions I had. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated the attention to detail and care they showed with my vehicle. It’s always reassuring to know your car is in good hands. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tire to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

  I had my car towed to the tire shop, with a flat tire that needed to be plugged, I was unable to be there with my car. The attendant made it seem like he wasn’t sure if they could fix my tire and that if they couldn’t the whole tires would need to be replaced. He also informed me that for an AWD car you can’t just replace one tire you have to replace all 4 tires. The way he came off is like I was going to have to replace the tires. He did inform me that they only had certain tires in stock and that those tires would cost me about $900 dollars. At first I said yes if you could have it done quickly. but quickly called back to say no just patch my tire. It wasn’t even 15 minutes before I called back and he informed me two tires had already been replaced. I said well just replace the one tire. He said he would check and call me back. He called me back maybe 10 minutes later and said they had replaced all 4 tires already and once tbe tires were mounted they count be taken off. I told him that I had already informed him not to replace the tires before they competed it. They said they put my original tires back on the car before it was picked up by my wife, but now my steering wheel is vibrating which it has never done before.

  They helped me fix a issue on my car the same day. I have went to another Mr. Tire in town and I’ve never really had a good experience with them. This location is a little further, but they remained professional, courteous and helpful.

  My husband has taken our cars here for years. He passed away in June and I found myself needing service from Mr.Tire. I called and Devon was very kind and accommodating. I'm sure he could tell I was intimidated at the prospect of dealing with car issues. Especially since I don't drive and had no way of getting the car there. I couldn't have asked for better service.
