- CDConnie DowdyApr 4, 20261.0This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my car inspected. I was told to be there early got there 20 minutes before it open at 8. Two cars was ahead of me. I thought it will be about hour and half. NO three hours and 45 minutes later it happen. I should have left after two hours. What they do when a car fails inspection they fix in that bay of inspection. Instead of moving it over to a empty bay to fix it . I'm thinking more cars that go through there it would mean more business. I seen where two cars left behind me, because of the long wait. I will say never again. I do believe the company needs to redo the rules for these franchise oil places. Maybe management needs to look at the situation. I know my boss would change it to increase business. - PSPaul SyMar 19, 20261.0They left the washer off the oil pan bolt which caused a oil leak and will not take responsibility for it. They do not stand behind there work if anything were to go wrong. I had to pay $230 for a diagnostic of the oil leak. That is when I found out the washer was left off the bolt during a oil change they did. They refuse to reimbursed the cost of the diagnostic fee. They were the cause of the oil leak and refuse to take responsibility.
