- DBDustin Bennett2 days ago4.0Insurance set me up with a vehicle through enterprise and I really don't have any complaints. It wasn't my style of vehicle but that doesn't change the fact it was a nice vehicle by all standards. 2024 Kia Soul. The kind employees even went as far as providing a ride back to my home after returning the vehicle to them. From a customer aspect; Phenomenal Customer Service. My only complaint would be the extremely high deposit enterprise wanted if I was to renew the contract after insurance had finished paying their part. Deposit was originally $50 but then went up to $300 in order to renew.

- SMStephen McDanielMar 20, 20261.0Don’t use this branch of enterprise. My pregnant wife and I showed up yesterday to pick up a truck at 6. We had same day pick up. We showed up in the cold and was told they don’t do that. And that they called us to tell us they don’t have it. But we didn’t have a missed call or voicemail. And just locked the door and walked off. Today my mother in law was with me to pick up the same truck. She asked if they had a bathroom she could use and one of the employees said “ Why the hell are you whispering. I can’t hear you. Talk normal “ and after walking off he kept talking about her in a negative way and the whole office just laughed. Even the manager laughed. Instead of being professional they decided to be childish and unprofessional.

There is an electronic issue because Car Play only functioned twice for a period of about 45 seconds each. It then displayed that my device was not recognized even though my phone information was displayed and charging was maintained. Imagine navigating traffic in Atlanta while having to physically look at my phone for information.
