  Well been going here as a loyal customer driving all the way from buchanan to get my autos washed because my wife went there but drove all the way there last week and wash ran thru and after i seen my windshield is broke on my new Dodge Challenger with only 10k miles and i was told to file a report with the manager so the assistant manager was the only one there which was writing up a damage report on a auto that was washed after me that did damage to a car which was his fathers car - to my surprise they sent me a message today to say there is a sign someplace near the entrance they aren’t responsible for windshield breakage ! So I’m left with a broken windshield from there and they won’t do nothing !! Why go here if they damage your auto and won’t fix it but to just find a way out and don’t care about their customers! Now that car wash will cost Me thousand or more to fix something that a cheap car wash broke ! How is this fair ? Your Response with email for me to contact the owner isn’t a working email when I tried to send a response ! Help fix what your was broke

  I was going to get the lowest price car wash until Rashon recommended the wash that had the under spray because of the snow we had. He greeted me with a smile and with his suggestions help me decide what I needed. It was Wonderful customer service. He is an asset to your company

  Horrible place and boss. Jason is horrible can’t cancel memberships they keep workers in the cold. They treat workers horrible just so they can make money for company. This company is a dump. They hate their customers and they discriminate against people And workers. They also tried to be ignorant by asking the workers. Why do they look cold when it is 8° outside ! They tell us to force memberships on the customers and to basically tell them that the basic car wash isn’t gonna do anything for your car. It’s a waste of time and we’ll be seeing you by next week to come get another car wash so you should spend the most money.
