    This location cracked my windshield March 11, 2025. I did not call for a police report when it happened as I assumed it was unnecessary at such an establishment and was now late for work because of this. I really should have so it was properly documented, acknowledged, and taken care of. The employee I spoke with initially knew the location where it happened before I voiced it. Seems this has been an issue before, how many times in the same place? I have made MULTIPLE trips in person over the course of this year to speak with employees. supposedly had approx 6 to 9? Or more "tickets" created in person and online. I have been treated as if not or barely recognized. The tickets created have never resulted in anything except more time passing and my damaged property remaining damaged. I have lost hours of time over the course of just shy of 9 months and experienced copious amounts of stress and safety concern over this establishments lack of accountability or action to remedy this; not only for myself but for anyone else this has happened or will happen to. Just in case anybody needed another perspective on business practice here. I still have no acknowledgement past "tickets" being created. And am forced to come out of pocket to fix my property damaged by this zips car wash.

    I think it's a little pricey but also nothing beats it so what I do I know. Quick and tentative staff, usually functioning vacuums, and not overflowing with trash trash cans make for a good car wash! And to boot this one has rags and all purpose cleaner. Very nice.

    Hey zips, here’s a tip: when a customer calls you to cancel their service because they don’t need it anymore, and instead of immediately honoring the request, you proceed to execute aggressive sales tactics by asking three, four and even five times in a row if I want to take advantage of a “special promotion”, even though I just told you three, four and five times in a row that I don’t need your service anymore, that’s a really good way to guarantee that the customer NEVER comes back. You’re making the customer feel like a hostage to your sales pitches, the guy wouldn’t execute my request to cancel the account without first making me sit through repeated attempts at getting me to stay. Totally disrespecting my time. I even told the guy we HAVE OUR OWN WASH BAY now at our new house the very first time he asked, yet a total of FIVE TIMES he continued to pitch me offers. Still worse I can tell that y’all have outsourced your call center because the guy had a heavy accent, you’re putting a communication barrier between your customer service and client base because he didn’t seem to understand English. Beyond agitating.
