  One word “AWESOME” Carol brought the car to my work in Shawsville because I’m a busy lady and got everything handled quickly! I highly recommend her if you need any kind of car!

  I bought a used vehicle from another dealership and they wanted to charge the vehicle but I didn't want to wait for them to do that.. BIG MISTAKE.. I was coming home driving about 40 miles..this is the first EV I have ever bought so I didn't know how fast I would lose the charge.. I got into town and I couldn't find a charge point charging station to charge my vehicle..I tried all the ones that was in the charging point app and they were all for Tesla vehicles.. I finally got down to 14 miles and I was panaching because I thought I wouldn't find one at all. I finally called Volvo of Roanoke and I told Adam the predicament I was in and he told me to come to the dealership and he would help me out.. I couldn't believe it.. I never bought the car from them and Adam was willing to help me.. I finally got to the dealership and I had 2 miles left to go before I would have died on the side of the road.. I walked in and Adam was tied up and I met a lovely person named Carol.. I told her what Adam said and she said no problem.. She pulled a vehicle out of the way so I could get to the charger and I didn't have my phone that had the app on it so she used her card and got the charger working for me... I appreciate everything these two fine folks that did for me and I will never forget it.. My next vehicle will be bought at Volvo Of Roanoke...If they go out of the way for someone that didn't buy their vehicle from them I can only imagine the treatment I would receive once I was a buyer.. I thank them both very much and they saved my butt from walking home.. Thanks guys you're the best!!!

  We have always driven Volvos & Berglund Volvo in Roanoke is a great dealership with which to do business. Carol is a very professional and knowledgeable sales person and the Service Manager (Tim) always provides us with a loaner Volvo during any maintenance or service visits. They both take good care of their customers. We’ll be back…

  Volvo of Roanoke (Berglund Luxury) is an outstanding dealership. I never felt rushed, and I was offered a great trade in on my current vehicle. I am very pleased with my new XC40 - best car I have ever owned. Adam Rutledge, Sales Manager, gave me a wonderful discount on load bars for my new vehicle and took the time to install them for me. Adam patiently answered my many questions and quickly responded to my text messages. I felt like a valued customer and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a customer oriented business.
