I came because I needed air in my tired and because my check engine light had just come on, and I had about four hours of driving to do later that evening. I arrived and was helped quickly. Brian and Killian are the ones who helped me. They were kind, sociable, and quick. After my tired were dealt with, they checked what was causing the engine light, and actually took the time to explain to me not just that my car could still be driven without any real issue, which was my main worry because we can’t afford any major fixes right now. But they also actually took the time to explain to me what system has the issue, and what that issue meant for me, even if I could still safely drive the car. They answered questions, didn’t use unneeded jargon, and got me on my way with a lot less car anxiety than I came with. Oh, and both services were completely free. They very much reminded me of why I chose to go to this business, and will continue to do so.
