  Excellent team of workers. They told me, what needed to be replaced. Very thorough in examining my entire vehicle. This is now my favorite service center to go to. I really appreciate, how I was informed about the cost of everything. Before I was charged anything.

  Totally impressed. The crew took me in promptly they worked together like an orchestra. They checked my vehicle and reported every detail with professional recommendations Kristen, Obi-wan, and Henry worked together like a single unit. I'm very glad I came and I'll very likely be returning for their transmission service.

  Got an oil change here in December - very impressed with this location compared to the other Valvoline locations I have visited. Thank you guys for topping off my washer fluid & actually checking my tire pressure! 🤘🏼 Can’t remember the technician’s name but everyone on staff was super kind and very helpful

  Eric and his team were slammed busy when I brought my car in for service, but they got right to me in a timely and professional manner. They worked great as a team and I really appreciated it. This was my first time at this store and I will be back.

  Pulled up, bell rang. State inspector looked up and then continued to do his inspection. Sat there for another 10 minutes with nobody coming to see what I needed. I finally pull into a parking space and go inside as another vehicle is pulling in and someone immediately rushes to greet them. I have been inside waiting for about 10 minutes now, both an employee coming out of the bathroom and the manager on the phone were just inside, but no one has acknowledged that I am here, I will update this review if I ever get service. **Update** Finally decided to walk out into the actual garage area, someone putting air in tires walked by me several times didn't even acknowledge that I was there. State inspector finally came and asked what I needed, I told him I needed four tires mounted and balanced, he said he would go see what they could do. Continued to wait. Someone, who I assume was the manager, was walking around on the phone complaining to somebody about how sales were down because of the snow the past couple of weeks, here I am trying to give them free money as tire mounting and balancing costs them nothing but labor time. I waited a few more minutes before getting in my car and leaving. I never thought I'd say this, but I wish the location was still a TLC. I can't recommend anyone going to this location. There's a jiffy lube a couple miles up Peters Creek, go there and ask for Brian, he'll take care of you.
