  I was the first costumer in today and the team welcomed me in and went right to work. What stood at to me was that while talking to me, inputting information, this team were calling out things to each other making each other aware of what task they were on or completing. I had no questions about what was happening. Excellent work with the team led by Roy this morning as I prepared for a full day of work and travels later on this evening. Thank you!

  I travel across the East coast of America and I have been to atleast 8 Valvolines in the past 6 years. The best was in NH and this location was definitely the worst. When I pulled up, all 3 bay were empty and I was the only customer there. I was brought into Bay 1 and immediately there were issues. What I enjoy the most about Valvoline is the speed, the accuracy and suggesting any additional mechanical services I would not be aware of, but you DEFINITELY will not get that at this location. Cameron the tech had zero positive attitude, you could tell he definitely did not want to be there. Asked for my name, scanned my car at the windshield, which I am always used to them opening my door. Verified my name and milage and that was the entire conversation we had. Amber another tech, came limping out of the office complaining to Cameron about her hip or leg pain, and stood in front of my car. Popped my hood, no one called out what they were doing, they just kept talking to each other about what happened to Amber the night before, from what I could make out. Cameron walked away, to the underside of the bay and returned with a jug full of oil which I found extremely bizarre. Since the hoses behind have the oil and that is how I have always seen the oil refilled in my car. A friend arrived behind my car in their vehicle and they all went to speak to her and even filled her tires as her car set immediately behind mine. Completely unprofessional. Cameron and Amber finally returned to my car, no fluids were filled as I was watching the entire time, but Amber did check my battery and stuck a hose into a part of my engine to check pressures I guess but definitely not my tires. My filters were not inspected, as I am used to techs doing at many other locations. They spent my entire time in front of my car but I could see them from the gap in the hood. Cameron never asked me what kind of oil change I wanted, did not offer any other services as no inspection was performed and placed the oil from the jug that he brought from under the bay into my engine. Unsure if it was my old oil or actually new oil that went in. Only person speaking was the guy under my car but barely made out what he was saying. Turned on my car, Cameron rang me up and even with coupon price was nearly equal to what he quoted me before coupon and then I left. I also had to place my own renew sticker in my window. By far the worse Valvoline I have ever, ever seen or been to. This location should be closed. I will go to other locations but never this one again.

  I have gone to Valvoline on Williamson Rd. for my last 4 oil changes. The staff is always extremely friendly and quick. They do a good job. Also took a video of a small oil leak under my vehicle and sent to so I would be aware of it to avoid future issues. I will continue to take my business to Valvoline on Williamson Rd. Roanoke Va.

  Went in for oil change and transmission oil flush and replace. I was there for two hours and half when it should have been 30 mnts. Apparently some of their tools went missing and it was the exact tool they needed to get my service done. Customer service okay. Communication wise to let me know what was going on. No one said a word til I asked what why was taking them so long to get done.
