  Had my oil changed and the whole experience was great. Damien & staff were friendly, professional, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure my car was running smoothly before I left. Highly recommend!

  The staff is very friendly and always answers any questions that I may have. This is my second time coming to this location and has been my favorite one thus far. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

  I was greeted quickly upon arriving at Valvoline. My vehicle was started on soon after and I observed how the diverse crew worked efficiently together like a well oiled machine. The crew members were knowledgeable, well mannered and personable. I felt treated like an auntie in a well loved family. My vehicle was done in no time. I will be returning for future service needs.

  Unprofessional service, careless work, and misleading advice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Came here in December for a basic oil change and had an awful experience. The employee was overbearing, inserted himself into my personal phone conversation, and made condescending comments about needing to “tell my boyfriend” to fix things. He also yanked on my car door handle without warning and leaned halfway into my driver side window to mess with my dashboard settings, which was completely inappropriate and something I’ve never experienced at any drive up repair shop. Months later, my trusted mechanic told me the drain plug had been overtightened and is now stripped, which can lead to expensive repairs. He also told me I only needed a new taillight bulb, but my mechanic confirmed the taillight has standing water inside and the entire assembly needs to be replaced. Unprofessional, invasive, and careless service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I've been to a few different locations now, but this location is hands down the best I've been to. Damian is very polite and shows he puts his customers needs first. He changed the cabin air filter in my Mazda 3 after I was told by other technicians at various locations, it was too difficult to get to without taking to a regular shop. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently on my car and communicated very well with one another in the bay. Amazing customer service and I'll definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Thanks for all the hard work y'all do, I appreciate y'all!! :)
