I reached Connor at TireDiscounters, and he waited for me to limp in with my truck. Rather than just logging in the vehicle for evaluation the next day, he and Brandon put the old truck on the lift and pulled the wheels to see if the problem was something that didn't need a part. They checked everything thoroughly, diagnosed and showed me the issue, got the mechanisms loosened up, test drove it, and had me back safely on the road by 7 pm. I was amazed at their dedication and SO grateful to be able to get back to my farm and pets instead of trying to find somewhere to stay in Roanoke overnight. It has been a little over two weeks and the brakes are performing perfectly. THANK YOU, guys!!
