  I brought my vehicle in to SpeeDee this past Saturday to have the spark plugs replaced. My passenger side windshield wiper has not been working and an auto repair shop right next-door previously told me that it needed a new motor and what not and would cost hundreds of dollars so I had put that repair on the back burner. When I picked up my car, once the spark plugs had been replaced, I noticed that Collin (who changed the spark plugs on my car) had also fixed my passenger side windshield wiper without me even asking & at no charge!! You can trust your car with SpeeDee! I am so pleased and appreciative.

  I had a great experience at SpeeDee-Midas today. I stopped by because I’m preparing for a long trip and wanted someone to take a quick look at my car to make sure everything was safe. The gentleman there was extremely kind and professional. He test-drove the car, checked everything, and told me that the car was in good condition. The only thing that needed replacement was the front windshield wipers, which they replaced quickly for a very reasonable price. What I appreciated the most was their honesty. In many auto repair places, you get charged just for someone to look at the car, and sometimes they try to add unnecessary repairs. That was absolutely not the case here. They were fast, fair, and respectful of my time. I really appreciate their integrity and professionalism and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended.

  Shane you are the most compassionate, kind ,easygoing hardworking Speedee employee I have ever met ! I’m an icu rN late for work traveling 60 miles to get to the hospital on time and my back tire started losing air. I was forced to stop three times to fill my tire using my air compressor. It was 7 am when I finally reached civilization and nothing was open . I luckily saw two tire places side by side. Pep guys next door to speedee was advertising 7 am opening. Speedee advertised 8 am. The pep guys attendant showed up at 0745. He was rude , mean and arrogant telling me to go away until 8 am. My tire was almost flat and as I waked back to my truck I realized SHANE Speedee gentlemen was there and came out of his place of business to talk with me even though he had just gotten in the shop. I was so grateful this kind young man was willing to help me immediately before business hours. He was so reassuring, helpful and kind. I was truly Blessed to have him take care of my truck and for him being such a wonderful person. I hope Speedee acknowledges the young man, Shane!!!thank you Shane you’re the best!!!!!   As much of a pain as it is every year to get cars inspected, these guys make the experience much less of a hassle. They let you know exactly where you are in line and always give accurate wait estimates. They also let you know what it needs, and never say it needs something it doesn't. On top of these things, they are super nice guys.

  They already had six cars ahead of me for state inspection when I got there at 8:00 a.m. when they were supposed to be opening. Ridiculous. I didn't think they were allowed to make appointments for state inspections.
