  I was very impressed with the service with safelite. They came directly to my job of employment to fix my windshield so I did not have to go out of my way. They did a fantastic job and highly recommend to others.

  The technician (Clarence) was excellent. Friendly, professional, efficient. Excellent communication prior to arrival at our house and during and after performance of the work. We’re very happy with our Safelite experience. Highly recommended if you need a new windshield.

  Clarence was a delight. Very hardworking young man and definitely punctual. Was done in the time he stated and the work speaks for itself. Couldn’t thank him enough.

  Extremely frustrated with the service. I was given a time window between 1pm and 6pm. I received a call around 2pm from the tech saying that they were behind and would be there around 6pm. I responded saying that would be fine but would you be able to do work in the dark since it was going to be later that evening. I never got a clear answer just that he would call me around that time. I never received a call but instead got a text at 6:25pm saying he wouldn’t be able to make it and this is after rearranging my plans for the evening based off his original statement. My biggest frustration is I work third shift and that day I stayed up and was my only day off. What is more insulting is that Safelite pushed my appointment back several days later during a very inconvenient time for me without even asking if that day works for me. Also, without offering any customer satisfaction or assistance. I feel I should have become top priority since I had already prepaid for service and it was Safelite that caused this issue. To push me out several days later and money already being paid for service is ridiculous! We live in a time where customer service is at an all time low and this has definitely NOT changed my view on that.
