  Absolute nightmare to deal with. Over charging, not sticking to agreement, charging without permission, etc. Would recommend ANYWHERE else!

  The worst customer service that can possibly get! Canceled on us last minute and thank God we found a moving company to save us as we had to be out that same day. Talk about a meltdown. Do better penske!!!

  1) Reserved a 26' diesel truck over a MONTH in advance. THE REASON we chose Penske was they offered the only diesel truck. When I went to pick up, it was a gas truck. Bait&switch is NOT COOL. We reserved this eons ago. 2) reserved 4 packs of moving blankets. They had 2. Again, made reservation a month in advance. 3) home depot employee could not legally help me hook trailer up to truck. 4) truck would not start.

  After reserving the Penske truck and trailer along with a 2 pack of moving blankets, I was disappointed with the employee readiness of the truck. I arrived to the location and they had forgotten to attach the trailer (forgotten it all together) and said the trailer was at another location and I would have to drive another location to pick up the trailer (20 minutes away). There was also only 1 pack of moving blankets. The lady at the main Roanoke Penske helped fix the problem. After driving halfway across the U.S. we started getting into some terrible ice snow and road salt covering our windshield... And there was no windshield wiper fluid in the truck. The truck was reliable and pulled the load it needed to that's why I am giving it 2 stars. When we went to return the truck, our reservation listed a return time of 7am at Lake Spanaway Self Storage, so we cleaned the truck and woke up at 6am to fill it up and drive the 30 minutes to get to Lake Spanaway Self Storage to read on the door "we don't accept rental drop offs till 10am", and they didn't even open till 9am. So I called Penske customer service to be hung up on the first time and the second time to be told to drive back at 10? After getting in touch with a corporate associate I was handled in a much professional manner and helped resolve the issue. The truck was a great truck and towed well through the mountains, the readiness of the truck is my biggest complaint.
