- AAAlmetrice4 days ago5.0I was in a dilemma on 1/8/26 with me running over something that punctured a hole in my tire. I was 45 mins away from home and my spare was not going to make home. Good thing I was only 5 mins away from NTB. Considering I called Mr. Tire first and they told me I had to drop my car off and leave it.. I did not want to do that so I called NTB spoke with Chris and he was able to take care of me and get me back on track so that I could make it home. Great customer service. Thanks again !!

I saw that NTB didn't require an appointment and that they would take walk-ins. I brought my car to them and they looked it over and told me what it needed. They really worked with my needs and schedule!

Always very friendly and very accommodating to my schedule. Nancy has been great at contacting me and keeping me updated if I have left my car there for the day to be serviced. Having weekend hours is a big plus for me too. I have been very satisfied with the work they have done and plan on continuing to patronize their store.
