  Friendly staff, quick service. No Emerald Aisle since this is a smaller location, but still a good selection of cars. Great experience overall.

  I accidentally left something in a rental and they’ve since ignored every call, VM and email that I’ve sent. I even put in a lost item claim and still nothing. Worst National experience by far if you include the fact that the rental wasn’t even cleaned when I got it.

  My experience at this location has always been excellent. The agents are all knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. The checkout process is always very quick which is big for me because I’m constantly on a time schedule. I will rent from this location again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a car rental just on customer service alone

  Worst experience ever. I stopped here to switch cars as instructed by customer service because the oil change light was on and the seats in the car had many stains on them, disgusting (I picked up the car at night and didn't notice the stains). I spoke to customer service the day before and had a case number which I offered to provide to the lady at the counter multiple times and was ignored. On that phone call I was reassured it will be an easy switch. The lady at the counter at the airport closes out my rental on error then tells me that I should have said exchange the car instead of switch the car and that I was too soft spoken. No apology, then tells me I am giving her an attitude when I get upset because she tells me they have no cars available, then in her next breath, they magically have a car available but it will now cost an additional $180 dollars for one day (because she closed out the rental that was already booked for the entire time in error). I tell her that my original rental already had an agreed price for the entire time and that I do not want to pay extra because of her error. She then calls the manager and tells him I am refusing to pay for a new rental. The manager arrives, without addressing any of my concerns and gives me the same car keys back. He then switches my return to the wrong airport. I express my frustration for their multiple errors now creating a new problem (not smiling and clearly upset but never raising my voice, never cursed, never said anything bad to them except that they are wasting my time). He tells me I have a bad attitude, he is no longer helping me and I should call roadside assistance when I have an 8hr drive ahead of me. When I insist, he storms out to look at the car, tells me he fixed the oil change light and the car is fine, does not address the disgusting seats and gives me the keys back. At this point I am so frustrated I just want to leave. He then tells me that I need to learn to be nicer and maybe I would get better service. I was not upset when I arrived. I got upset when they created a problem, refused to acknowledge their error and twisted the situation to make it seem like the problem was that I was not nice. This was very arrogant and condescending behaviour. National needs to do a better job screening people for hire. The two people I interacted with were rude, apathetic, escalated a simple situation, terrible at their job, need more training and lack basic problem solving skills. I am so disappointed and hope I never have to deal with such mediocrity in the future. I would be embarrassed if these were my employees.
