For example, this unit had the key fob taped together because it was ready to fall apart. The vehicle stereo CarPlay system kept failing, a software update was probably needed. This was not acceptable and was a bad representation of National, in my professional opinion.

I was given a car that had major problem - on my way back to the airport, after less than 48 hours with the car, it broke down on the highway. I could not reach the front desk, so I had to speak to someone from corporate who was located in a different country and who was unfamiliar with the area, which put my safety at risk.
