They call me back an hour later saying that the nail is in the sidewall and that I would have to get all four of my tires replaced and it’s gonna cost me $1000-$1300 so I came back and got my car and took it to Firestone the next day and Firestone tells me they don’t see a nail in my tire and that there’s now 50 pounds of air in the tire that I brought to Mr tires to get fixed so they had to let out the air in that tire to help me. Then they ended up charging me around $23 for the diagnostic and told me that there is nothing wrong with my tires. It’s just the weather. I am so glad that I didn’t panic and just pay these guys because it would’ve been a waste of money. Also The people at the front desk weren’t even welcoming customer service people but I guess I shouldn’t expect that at a car shop. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place
- TDTanya DewsNov 4, 20251.0I had a very disappointed experience with this location on Williamson Rd. I brought my vehicle in on a weekend day to purchase 4 tires, quoted a sale for buy 4 get 1 free. I needed an oil change and decided to go ahead and get that done as well, I requested Full Synthetic and received what they wanted to give me per my paperwork, that was one disappointment. Of course the quote on the 4 tires was nill because they apparently didn't have that particular Cooper tire. I was told I had stripped lug and agreed to have that one taken care of. I came in to pick my vehicle up and found out I was charged for 3 more lugs to which I was not even called to inform me of this issue. They just surprised me with these charges when I arrived to pick the vehicle up, not very good Customer Service. I was very dissatisfied.
