  Very sweet workers, they were very busy Friday and Saturday but still made time to get my car in and fix my tire!! Very friendly and professional service! Definitely will be going back!:)

  Even though they were bus on a Saturday morning I got in and out , but i did have to come back and get my windshield washer filled because they forgot , and I turned back around for that because my full synthetic oil change cost $108

  This is one of the worst auto service experiences I have ever had. I went there for a simple tire repair, which should be one of the most basic services any tire shop can handle. Instead of helping, they refused to provide service and would not even give me a proper explanation. That is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I wasted my time driving there expecting normal customer service, but I was treated like my business did not matter at all. A reliable shop should respect customers, communicate clearly, and handle basic tire repairs without attitude or refusal for no reason. I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this place. There are many other tire shops that actually value customers and provide honest, professional service. This location failed completely and does not deserve customer trust or business.

  I purchased two tires from Mr Tire on Orange Ave for my daughter's car. They were polite when I scheduled and purchased the tires for the front of her vehicle. I picked up the car and drove it home. The next day one of the tires was flat. I tried to put air in the tire and it escaped from the inside sidewall. I took the tire off and noticed the rim was bent beyond repair. I informed the manager of this and he said he knew the rim had been bent but they did not tell me this when I picked the vehicle up. He said "if I had to tell everyone that had a bent rim, they had a bent rim, i would be talking for days" I expressed the rim was not bent when I brought it in and the old tire held air fine. The manager said they put bead sealer on it and drove it around to make sure the tire and wheel held air, didn't act like he cared anything about telling me they placed a new tire on a rim that was bent and wouldn't hold air. I expressed my concern because I told him my teenage daughter drove thia car and he did not care. He said if I had a complaint to call the 800 number posted on the exit door when I leave. When I called the 800 number numerous times I finally talked to a 3rd party call taker who said they would have the regional manager call me because their policy says they are not to put new tires on bent or damaged wheels. No one ever called me back. I kept calling the 800 number and they said they are referring me to "claims". Claims is Travelers Insurance. They denied the claim and said that's the end because their equipment can not cause that damage. I was not blaming the equipment but was blaming whoever bent the rim and ran the new tire flat. I replied that I purchased another rim and had 2 different local tire companies tell me the new tire on the bent rim had been ran flat, possibly damaging the side wall. I did not drive the vehicle while the tire was flat and that is a serious issue to me. No one from Mr Tire ever called or reached out to me regarding my disappointment with their service. I will NEVER use them again or refer them to others. I did not ask for any compensation. I just wanted the issue they caused fixed. The Store Manager was very unprofessional and just did not care for the safety of the people he Services. I asked what the "multi-point inspection" they supposedly conducted on the vehicle covered, because it was on my invoice, and he couldn't answer. I still have not heard a single response from anyone representing Mr Tire. Very disappointing they would treat their customers this way.
