  I brought my own tires in and they put them all on for me and aligned my front end. I think it's a good group of guys up there and they got it done quick. Im satisfied will trust them in the future with any other issues to fix. Thanks Mr.Tire.

  I brought a wheel from my truck in to have a TPMS valve replaced. I was told it would be approx. $91.00 total(incl labor). I asked the Mgr why it was so high and they said that is just what it cost. I got home and started looking on line at prices of TPMS valves and they all were way cheaper at places like Advance Auto, Oreillys, Auto Zone. I feel I was charged quite a bit too much, I feel I should be refunded some money.

  I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about MR. TIRE – Orange Ave. I brought my car in only for new tires, an alignment, and a simple state inspection. Later, I received a call saying my car was finished and ready for pickup — but no one ever called me to authorize any additional work. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn they had installed new brakes and charged me for the parts and labor without my permission, drastically increasing the total cost. I also brought my own replacement bulb and asked if they could install it. When I picked up my car, the headlight still didn’t work, and my new bulb was still sitting in the passenger seat — yet somehow the vehicle “passed” inspection for the lights. When I questioned the unauthorized charges, I was told that their calls are “recorded for quality assurance” and that they had documentation showing I had approved the work. However, after speaking with upper management (whose contact info they initially refused to provide), I found out that wasn’t true at all — there were no recorded calls or proof of authorization. The only “resolution” offered was for me to take my receipt to other shops, get quotes for the same brake parts and labor, and if they were cheaper, MR. TIRE would refund the difference. That’s unacceptable, especially since I work Monday through Sunday, 8am–5pm, and don’t have time to chase down quotes for a service I never approved in the first place. Overall, this location has shown dishonesty, poor communication, and a complete lack of integrity. I strongly recommend getting any work authorization in writing if you choose to go here — or better yet, take your car somewhere you can actually trust.

  Outstanding service and staff! Was recommended by a friend when I had a flat tire. A new tire the same brand as the ones on the car was ordered the afternoon I stopped there and was in 1st thing the next morning. I was under the impression that I had to replace the tire opposite the new one. The manager said it was necessary to do so sometimes, but my other tires were in excellent condition and all I needed was a replacement for the flat. That is outstanding service! Would highly recommend them!

  I had a bad tire on a Sunday and a critical interview at 8:30 a.m.on Monday, so I needed to find a place that could help me out quickly. After calling four different places and waiting at Walmart Tire Center for 2½ hours - only to be told they couldn't repair the tire and since I had a Subaru with AWD, I would have to replace all FOUR tires, and they couldn't do it that day - I called Mr. Tire, and was told to come right over! After a thorough explanation of why an AWD car would need all four tires replaced, I was told that they could do it within 45 minutes -- and they DID! Not only were the guys ho were working well-versed and nice, I received a 20% discount on on my total bill, which was extremely beneficial as no one really plans on having to purchase 4 new tires when only one had an issue. I also purchased their 100% guarantee package on their tires, which results in a new tire free if anything goes wrong with the tire while driving! I was extremely grateful for their efforts and understanding, and I HIGHLY recommend their services! Thank you, Mr. Tire and your staff!
