  Kind employees. Knowledgeable. And even though the wind chills felt below zero- and it was freezing in the garage where they had to work- they were there doing their thing. And I'm so grateful they were!

  Ran by there because my emergency brake light was on in dash but brake not on. Mechanic put in brake fluid which turned light off, then made recommendation to take vehicle to dealership or other garage to have checked. Also nice enough to make a recommendation that ended up being close to home.

  How does an oil change place run out of oil? THEY CLAIMED THEY ONLY HAD 5-30 CONVENTIONAL OIL. and no synthetic oil. Seriously!!! Claimed having issues with the supplier. I have stopped there last 4 weeks at least once a week been told the samething. Last I checked advance auto, O'Reilly, etc has oil go buy there's. Why even both being open only have 1 type of oil. Don't even bother calling corporate to complain cause the manager of this location is the brother of the district manager....PATHETIC

  Went in for an oil change on a Monday. During the process the employee attempted to put air in my front tire. Heard him say something to another employee and he stopped the process and didn't try the other tires. Drive home 2 miles. The next morning the tire is flat and noticed the valve stem is broken. Called and was told to bring the car in on Wednesday afternoon. Went in and explained what happened. Was told that the air compressor used to repair tires was not working. The employee, whose name begins with A agrees to replace the TMPS sensor at half price. He took my name and number and said he would call me when the machine was operable. Didn't hear anything over the weekend. Called on Monday. He said the machine was still not working and wanted me to take it to another Jiffy Lube 10 miles away. Asked if they would honor the repair cost he said no and tells me that he doesn't believe that they broke the valve stem, basically calling me a liar. I'll take my tire elsewhere to be repaired and will never visit Jiffy Lube again. Very poor customer service!!

  No owner follow through. After posting the negative review below, the owner responded to ask for my contact information and made a commitment to follow up. A full week has gone by since I provided that information with no owner follow up. Hoping the owner was sincere in the follow up commitment. Failed. Promised my car would be inspected and ready for pickup in 3 hours. Then told it would not be ready that day, and that it would be first the following day; ready by 8:30am. At 10:00am I was told that my car was still not inspected, that other cars were ahead of me, and that they did not know when they might get to my car. I took my car to a competitor.
