    Worst airport Enterprise I've been to. Both times I've reserved a car here, they've been over sold. Most recent time, I had to wait over half an hour for a car to be available despite having arrived 5 minutes before scheduled booking time.

    Reserved online, at the airport they said no car available and that I should book earlier - they knew full well at the airport counter (and in the call center when I later called) that they routinely overbook, but evidently corporate does that anyway.

    The Wrangler Sierra Jeep hybrid that I rented would stall out. I was traveling on country roads in the dark in unknown territory in the backcountry of Virginia. The car would stall out in the middle of a country road wouldn’t start back up for five or six minutes I had to hit my flashers in the middle of the road it stalled out on the highway When a hybrid stalls out. It doesn’t just roll the wheel stop. I was halfway on the highway and halfway not on the road with my flashers on I thought I was gonna die when I told him about it at the office. They just said oh yeah those Jeeps aren’t very good. It was a brand new jeep. I told him I wanted a refund, but I had 20 minutes to catch my plane so I had to go nobody’s contacted me from enterprise yet. They probably didn’t even take the car out of service.
