- SRSonja ReustleDec 12, 20253.0I have used this location several times.The staff is friendly&helps u out.But the last time I rented a vehicle which was just a couple weeks ago I locked myself out of the rental car so therefore had to call roadside assistance.I am upset about the 68 dollar charge I have to pay considering I waited an hour and a half for him to get there.As I recall the lady did tell me there would be a 68 dollar charge.But it seems that it was 118 wasnt told that &so they took my refund i was supposed to get back on returning the vehicle..Also there is a 93 pending charge on my bank card it was only supposed to be 68.So I'm thinking what kind of ripoff are yall puling?
