He acted like we was late for the car reservation. then told us he did not have the car we reserved but couldn't get ahold of the other locations to see if they had any either. We ended up going to the airport in roanoke to rent from Hertz for at least $150 more. After this i will never use this company. Its the 2nd time we have had problems, First time, it was for my wife's work trip with a company provided one. Its like a rental car company that somehow never has cars, at least no extras apparently.
