  Horrible experience. Went in with the goal of a bunkhouse, $30k budget, and sleeps 6. Our salesperson, Guy Houseman, came across as annoyed from the beginning. We told him what we were looking for and instantly said that for that our budget needs to be in the 30-40k range. I asked if he had anything for us to see and he said no, he didn't have a bunkhouse less than 30k. Didn't even look at his paper. We had looked online prior to arriving and there were multiple listed. We showed him and he started fumbling around with his papers and wouldn't you know, there were 3 he was able to show us. Just a bad experience from the beginning and even though we liked 2 of them I just cant bring myself to let him get a commission after being so terrible. We ended up going to blue compass in Danville and had a much better experience. Will not use camping world again.

  I recently purchased a Travel Trailer from Camping World RV Sales in Roanoke, and since I live about two hours away, I did almost the entire process online. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the start, the communication was top-notch. My salesman, Warren Markum, went above and beyond by providing a detailed video walkthrough of the unit so I knew exactly what I was getting before I even made the drive and even gave the smell test to make sure no hidden smells or surprises. He and the sales manager, Stephanie Smith, worked hard to put together a great deal that made sense for us. Other team members from the service manger to the rv tech were all great to deal with. What I appreciated most was the lack of "big dealership" games. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales, no BS, and no hidden agendas—just straightforward, professional service. They made sure we were all hooked up, gave me the overview of the setup and got me ready to hit the road and all took only a few hours to complete my walkthrough inspection, get the hitch work done and paperwork signed. If you’re looking for a stress-free professional experience, I would highly recommend asking for Warren Markum if you are looking to purchase a unit at this location!

  I'm in NC and called them and they had a generator I wanted and in stock. They held it for me until I could get there. Wonderful place and people. Nobody in NC had what I needed. We'll definitely shop there again.

  We just traded in our travel trailer for a fifth wheel. Long story short we were unintentionally pain in the butt customers! But our salesman, Jack, was outstanding. If you are looking to purchase from this location I would highly recommend asking for Jack!
